I went to clean my cell phone 2 hours in advance. I went to the maintenance area, they were already helping someone, but when I asked they told me to wait. I waited 40 minutes and while I was waiting I saw 5 people enter through the maintenance door, 4 of them arrived with backpacks, you could tell they were arriving, but no one came out again to assist us. The person who was already serving could have quickly put my cell phone in so that those inside could get to work while she attended to other people, but that was not the case. 50 minutes later, someone came out to assist me but told me that it would take 40 minutes to clean, however I no longer had time to wait. They are cordial, but it seems that they have extra staff who come to have a chat and then get to work. That was the last day of my annual cleaning plan and now I will have to buy another one.

Very bad service from tech people. I left my computer for service for several days and when I came back they had not done anything that was asked of them.

The girl who served me had no idea what she was talking about and gave me wrong information. Fortunately, I had gone to another Ishop where staff have extensive knowledge of the product and can answer questions, no contingency measures. I went to have my iPad checked, I have no warranty or Apple Care but the person who helped me assured me that the problem was easy, that I had to leave it and pay $780 for a diagnosis. I paid, left it and when I came back they told me that there was no solution because it didn't charge and they couldn't change parts. Obviously they did not return my money, the diagnosis was of no use since they did not help or guide me It is better to go to Apple Antara or Santa Fé.
